Your access to, and use of, RocketShipTours.com (the “Site”) is subject to the Terms and Conditions described below and otherwise set forth on the Site. By accessing and using the Site and any services offered on the Site (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. The Site is intended to inform interested parties and prospective space flight participants concerning RocketShip Tours proposed services, the Lynx suborbital vehicle, its anticipated design, and its proposed operation, preliminary plans for the screening process and preparation leading to possible participation in Lynx suborbital flights, and aspects of commercial space flight relevant at the time this Site was prepared. All statements in this Site, including, but not limited to, specifications, performance, regulation, price, qualification, screening, pre-flight training, scheduling, piloting and service provided are subject to change, substitution, or cancellation without prior notice.

Illustrations of Lynx and its operation are artist renderings and may not represent the actual vehicle and its actual operation. The Lynx suborbital vehicle, currently in development by XCOR Aerospace of Mojave, California, will be classified as an experimental aircraft and has not been certified for participant flights as of the date of this posting. No promises, contracts, or obligations are to be implied from the contents of this Site. Complete terms and conditions, and details concerning informed consent for participation in Lynx suborbital flights is available from RocketShip Tours and must be reviewed prior to making any decision to purchase services from RocketShip Tours.

Copyright Statement

The Site and all material on the Site, including all text, logos, illustrations, images, photographs, video clips and articles contained therein, including downloadable files, (collectively, the “Material”), are owned or otherwise granted the right to use and provide by RocketShip Tours. The Site as a collective work and or compilation and the Material are protected by copyright laws of the United States, international conventions, and other intellectual property laws. All trademarks and service marks that appear on the Site are registered by RocketShip Tours or its affiliates. You may not use any of the trademarks or service marks in any manner without the prior written consent of RocketShip Tours or the applicable affiliate. Any unauthorized use of trademarks or service marks is expressly prohibited by law and may be prosecuted according to applicable law without notice.

Use of Site

You may use and display the Site and the Material, and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you comply fully with these Terms and Conditions. You may not damage or interfere or attempt to damage or interfere with the operation of the Site or Services in any way through any means or device. Except as provided in these Terms and Conditions, you may not use, republish, frame, display, print, reproduce, sell, post, transmit, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify or create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any of the Site, its parts, or Material without the prior written consent of RocketShip Tours. You may download one (1) copy of the Site and Material, provided that all trademarks, service marks, and copyright and attribution notices are intact. You do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading the Site and Material.

Right To modify

RocketShip Tours may for any reason, and in its sole discretion, change, suspend or discontinue any or all aspects of the Site, the Material, and the Services at any time. RocketShip Tours reserves the right, and has sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove any or all parts of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes in these Terms and Conditions will become effective when posted and your continued use of the Site after any such changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.

Unless otherwise stated, these travel professionals are owned and operated independently of RocketShip Tours and are responsible for all information they provide. RocketShip Tours makes no expressed or implied guarantee and accepts no liability or responsibility for the performance or actions of these travel professionals, their employer, or any entity with whom these travel professionals or their employer are affiliated.

You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless RocketShip Tours, its affiliates, and all of their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, owners, and Site Material providers (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, and claims and all fees, costs, expenses, of any kind related thereto (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of, based upon or resulting from your use of RocketShip Tours Site and/or Services.
